Before using the laser tag equipment, each participant must read these general terms and conditions:

• The company “Lichthatz” (hereinafter also referred to as the lender) provides the customer (hereinafter also referred to as the borrower) with the laser tag equipment for the purpose of private use.
• Rental is only available to adults.
• By confirming your booking with the lender, you declare yourself as the borrower.
• The loan period begins when the equipment is handed out by the lender and ends when the loan arrives again.
• The borrower undertakes to take particular care when handling the loan. If the loan or part of it is damaged due to improper handling, the borrower is liable for the resulting damage. This also applies in the event that the loan or part of it is lost.
• Any damage or loss of the loan or part of it must be reported to the lender immediately.
• The lender reserves the right to be present at the borrower’s event in order to instruct the use of the equipment.
• The borrower must strictly follow the lender’s instructions.
• The borrower undertakes to comply with the usage regulations for public facilities, parks and green spaces.
• Participants play at their own risk. The lender does not provide any insurance cover for injuries.
• The use of the equipment is only permitted for children if a parent or guardian is present.
• The lender does not provide any care, i.e. a group of minors must be accompanied by an adult / supervisor.
• The borrower releases the lender from caring for the children.
